Linda did not build Beyond The Pretty™ from a business plan. She built it from a breaking point. After her divorce, with her personal life in pieces and the pressure of professional life still fully intact, she sat down with a 97-cent composition book and started writing. Not journaling. Not processing. Designing. She began mapping out the structure her life needed to function without her having to hold every piece of it together in her head every single day.


That composition book became the prototype for everything she now installs for the women she serves. Because what she discovered in that season was not a productivity hack or a mindset shift. It was a fundamental truth about how women in leadership actually operate. We have been handed systems that were never designed for us. Traditional organization was not built for the rhythm of a woman leading at the highest level.
