Your first 72 hours start now

You're holding everything together. But it shouldn't require this much effort.

You've built a successful career. You manage teams, budgets, projects, and problems that would overwhelm most people. At work, you're known for being capable, strategic, and reliable but at home? You're exhausted in a way that has nothing to do with how hard you're working and everything to do with how inefficiently your life is designed.

You're managing details that shouldn't require your oversight. Making decisions that shouldn't need your input. Carrying mental load that shouldn't be yours to carry. And the weight of it isn't dramatic—it's not a crisis, it's not a breakdown—it's just this constant, low-grade drain on your capacity that never quite goes away. You know something needs to change. You just can't see clearly enough to know what.

The problem isn't that you're doing too much. It's that you're doing the wrong things.

Most high-performing women aren't overwhelmed because they have too many responsibilities. They're overwhelmed because they're personally managing responsibilities that should be systematized, delegated, or eliminated entirely. You're remembering things that should be automated. You're coordinating things that should have a process. You're making decisions that should have a protocol. And because there's no structure underneath it all, everything requires you.

That's not a time management problem. That's a design problem and the reason you can't fix it on your own is because you're too close to it. You've been operating this way for so long that you can't see which parts are actually necessary and which parts are just habits you've built around missing systems. You need someone from the outside to look at how your life is structured and tell you the truth about where the leaks are.

That's what a Power Audit does.

The Power Audit is a sixty to 90 minute diagnostic conversation where we sit down together and take an honest look at where your time, attention, and energy are quietly draining away. This isn't therapy. It's not coaching. It's not a brainstorming session about how you could feel better about your life.

It's a strategic diagnostic. We examine how your personal operations are currently structured, identify the specific places where effort is substituting for design, and name exactly what needs to change.

We look at your schedule, your responsibilities, your recurring decisions, your household operations, and your support systems. We identify your exposure—the places where there's no infrastructure, so everything defaults to you.

And then we map out what actually needs to happen. Not vague advice about setting boundaries or prioritizing self-care. Specific, structural changes. What needs a system. What needs to be delegated. What needs to be eliminated. What's costing you the most and what would give you the greatest return if it were handled differently.

You leave the session with clarity. Not just about what's wrong, but about what to do next.

Here's what happens in the session

We start by mapping your current reality. What does your typical week actually look like? Not the aspirational version—the real one. Where is your time going? What are you managing? What decisions are you making repeatedly? What responsibilities are you carrying that feel heavier than they should?

Then we identify the leaks. These are the places where your brainpower, your energy, and your capacity are being drained unnecessarily. The recurring tasks that should be automated. The decisions that should have a protocol. The responsibilities you're managing that should be owned by someone else or handled by a system.

We don't just name the problem. We diagnose why it's happening. Is it a missing system? A delegation failure? A boundary issue? A structural gap? Because the solution depends entirely on the root cause, and most women are trying to fix the wrong thing.

Finally, we create your action map. This is the prioritized list of what needs to change and in what order. Not everything at once—because that's overwhelming and ineffective. But the specific next steps that will give you the most relief with the least resistance.

By the end of sixty minutes, you'll know exactly where your power is leaking, why it's happening, and what structural changes will stop it.

What you receive

  • One 60 to 90 minute diagnostic session (via Zoom)
  • Power Leak Report (delivered within 48 hours) — a written summary of the key leaks we identified and the recommended structural changes
  • Action Map (included in the report) — your prioritized next steps for addressing the highest-cost leaks first.

This is for you if:

You're a woman with an established career and real responsibilities—at work and at home. You're not struggling. You're succeeding. But it feels like you're holding everything together through sheer force of will, and you know that's not sustainable.

You're intelligent enough to recognize that the problem isn't you. It's the structure. But you can't quite see where the structure is failing because you're inside it.

You don't need someone to validate your feelings or tell you you're doing great. You need someone to look at your operations objectively and tell you the truth about what's broken.

You're ready to hear that truth. And you're ready to do something about it.

This is not for you if:

You're looking for emotional support or someone to help you process how you feel about your life. This is a diagnostic session, not a therapeutic one. We're identifying structural problems, not exploring emotional ones.

You want advice on work-life balance or tips for feeling less stressed. If you're looking for general wellness guidance, this isn't the right fit. We're diagnosing system failures, not offering stress management techniques.

You're not actually ready to change anything. If you're hoping the session will make you feel better without requiring you to do anything differently, this won't deliver that. Clarity is valuable, but only if you're willing to act on it.

What happens after the assessment?

The Power Leak Assessment is a standalone session. You're not required to work with me beyond this. Some women take the report, implement the changes on their own, and that's exactly what they need.

Others realize the leaks are more complex than they thought, and the structural changes require more than a DIY approach. For those women, The Systems Behind Her Success™—my three-month private consulting engagement—is the next step. But that's a decision you'll make after the assessment, not before.

Either way, you leave the session with clarity about what's actually happening and what needs to change. That alone is worth the investment.

Let's find your leaks.

If you're ready to stop holding your life together with effort and start understanding what needs to be redesigned, the Power Leak Assessment is where we start.
